7. Disputes

With respect to any dispute regarding the Site, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Colorado. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of our affiliates, partners or licensors, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in any such court. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the Site, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site. When you provide us with information through Annaé Online (the "Site"), we respect your privacy. It is important for you to understand what information we collect about you during your visit and what we do with that information. Your visit to the Site is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. Please note that this Privacy Policy governs only information provided to Annaé Online and communications from Annaé Online. 1. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information by Annaé Online

Return Policy

ANNAÉ RETURNS AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item, within 30 days of receipt, shipped by annaebeauty.com for a full credit or refund.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged, defective or incorrect items, please refer to Damaged Items below. In these instances, shipping fees are refundable.

* Please remember to keep a copy of the receipt for your records.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 15 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm MST, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Please note: Only products purchased on www.annaebeauty.com may be returned for refund or exchange.

EXCHANGE ITEMS

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1.888.860.1188.
To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. We will provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee will apply.
